EGR Valve: Service and Repair
REMOVAL
1. Remove the bolts and position bracket out of the way.
2. Remove the vacuum tube from the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) valve.
3. Remove the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) valve tube nut from the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) valve.
4. Loosen the nut at the exhaust manifold and position the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) valve tube out of the way.
