TEMPERATURE BLEND DOOR ACTUATOR - RH

Removal and Installation

6.4L diesel vehicles with electric heater

1. Remove the instrument panel.

Vehicles without electric heater

2. Remove the audio control module (ACM).
3. Remove the passenger airbag module.
4. Remove the RH instrument panel end panel.
5. Working through the RH instrument panel end panel opening, remove the RH outer register duct outer screw.
6. Remove the RH outer register duct inner screw.
7. Remove the RH center instrument panel duct.

All vehicles

8. Remove the 2 RH temperature blend door actuator screws.
9. Disconnect the RH temperature blend door actuator electrical connector.
