F 350 2WD Super Duty V8-6.0L DSL Turbo VIN P (2004)
1. Lubricate the piston boot, caliper piston, piston seal and caliper bores with clean DOT 3 motor vehicle brake fluid.
2. Install the caliper pistons.

Install the piston seal.

Install the piston boot on the piston.

CAUTION: Be careful not to damage or dislodge the piston seal. Insert the caliper piston.

CAUTION: Be careful not to cock the caliper piston.
Position the boot in the bore, and press the caliper piston into the bore.

Install the piston boot retainer.
3. Install the disc brake caliper.

Removal and Installation
NOTE: Excursion, F-250 and F-350 shown, F-450, F-550 similar.
1. Remove the pads.
2. Remove the front disc brake caliper anchor plate.

Remove the two front disc brake caliper anchor plate bolts.

Remove the front disc brake caliper anchor plate.
