Disassembly and Assembly

1. Remove the 60 percent or 40 percent backrest. For additional information, refer to Seat Backrest - Rear, Crew Cab, 60/40 Seat See: Removal and

2. Remove the head restraint.
1. Pull the head restraint out to end of travel. Press the release button and pull the head restraint rod past its stop position.
2. Using a flat-bladed screwdriver, press the release tab on the second head restraint guide and pull the head restraint free of the seat back.
