23. Connect the parking brake cable at the cable-to-cable union.
24. With the help of an assistant, install the hood and 4 bolts. Connect the hood lift rods.

Tighten to 13 Nm (115 lb-in).
25. Connect the underhood light electrical connector and pin-type retainers.
26. Connect the windshield washer hose.
27. Fill the engine with the correct motor oil for the climate. For additional information, refer to Engine See: Description and Operation/Engine.
28. Connect the battery ground cables.
