Removal

All vehicles

1. Remove the lower oil pan. For additional information, refer to Oil Pan - Lower, Partial Body Lift  See: Oil Pan - Lower, Partial Body Lift or Oil

2. Remove the oil level indicator. Remove the retaining nut for the oil level indicator tube.
