F 350 2WD Super Duty V8-6.4L DSL Turbo (2009)
Removal
NOTE: It is recommended that this component be serviced with the vehicle body removed. If the body cannot be removed, refer to Intake Manifold -
Body On See: Intake Manifold - Body On.
All vehicles
1. Remove the turbocharger. Carry out the Turbocharger - Body Off procedure.
2. Disconnect the crankcase vent oil separator tube from the crankcase vent oil separator.
3. Remove the 4 bolts and the crankcase vent oil separator.

Remove and discard the press-in-place gasket.
4. Remove and discard the 3 pushnuts. Remove the glow plug module heat shield.
5. Remove the bolt and 5 retaining nuts. Remove the fuel tube bracket, ground strap and the high-pressure fuel injection pump heat shield.
