REMOVAL
1. Remove the left and right inside visors.
2. If equipped, remove the left and right inside secondary blade visors.
3. Remove the left and right visor arm clips.
4. If equipped, remove the roof console.
5. If equipped, remove the right front inside assist handle.
6. Pull the left and right front door opening weatherstrips down from the headliner panel.
7. Remove the left and right windshield side garnish moulding.
8. Remove the roof courtesy lamp.
9. Remove the left and right rear door striker covers at the roof trim panel.
10. Remove both of the left and right safety belt upper anchor bolts (SuperCab only).
11. Remove the left and right coat hook covers.
