Fuel Gauge: Service and Repair
Removal
1. Remove instrument cluster from instrument panel.
2. Remove screws attaching the instrument cluster main lens and instrument cluster mask to instrument cluster backplate.
Installation
1. Follow removal procedure in reverse order.
2. When installing the instrument cluster fuel gauge, make sure pins are properly seated into the instrument cluster backplate retaining clips.
3. Check system operation.
