Fuel Pressure Test Port: Service and Repair
REMOVAL
NOTE: The cap on the fuel pressure relief valve must be removed.
1. Perform pre-service procedures. See: Service and Repair
2. Remove the cap from the fuel pressure relief valve.
3. Using an open-end wrench or suitable deep-well socket, remove fuel pressure relief valve.
INSTALLATION
1. Install fuel pressure relief valve and fuel pressure relief valve cap. Tighten fuel pressure relief valve to 7.75 Nm (69 lb in) and the fuel pressure
relief valve cap to 0.6 Nm (5.3 lb in).
