Windshield Washer Switch: Flow of Diagnosis
1. Verify the customer concern by operating the multi-function switch.
2. Visually inspect the following for obvious signs of mechanical and electrical damage:

Damaged multi-function switch
^
Damaged ignition switch
^
Blown fuse(s)
^
Damaged wiring harness
^
Loose or corroded connections
NOTE: If a binding condition occurs, turn the steering wheel left or right to release the possible load on the ignition switch and verify the ignition
key is cut properly.
3. If the fault is not visually evident, determine the symptom and proceed to the symptom chart.
