Locate the glass codes. (See the area above marked with an "X" for possible code locations)
2.
Inspect glass code for (H), "DOT-35", "8A" as shown below:

If neither of the stationary glass panels has all three of these codes ((H), "DOT 35", "8A") sign and mail the inspection card.
4.
If all three of the codes are found on one or both of the stationary glass panels make an appointment with a dealer to have the stationary glass
replaced.
NOTE:
If you cannot read the glass codes, you may bring your vehicle to a dealer who will inspect the codes and, if necessary, repair the vehicle
at no cost to you.
