Install power steering pump pulley using Steering Pump Pulley Replacer T65P-3A733-C or equivalent so the pulley hub is flush to the end of the
shaft +/- .010 inch. See Figure 2.
CAUTION
Be sure to properly position the tensioner lug into the locating hole of the bracket. Failure to secure the tensioner as outlined may result in damage to
front end accessory drive components.

Install the tensioner as follows (See Figure 3):
a.
Position the tensioner assembly (6B209) to the A/C-P/S bracket (19E708), with the upper mounting bracket resting on the flange next to the
vacuum pump mounting area.
b.
Tighten the Torx-head bolt to 30 N-m (22 ft-lb) using a T-50 Torx bit; then tighten the bolt an additional 90 degrees.
c.
Secure the upper mounting bracket to the flange with bolts (N606689-S2) and nuts (N620481-S2), with the nuts positioned under the flange.
Tighten bolts to 27 N-m (20 ft-lb).
