Flex Plate: Service and Repair
REMOVAL
1. Remove the transmission from the vehicle.
2. Remove the flywheel mounting bolts and the flywheel.
3. Inspect flywheel for cracks, damaged ring gear teeth or any other defects.
INSTALLATION
1. Position the flywheel on the crankshaft flange and install retaining bolts.
2. Install transmission into vehicle.
