7. CAUTION: Do not use any fluid approved for PERSONA V application. Using a fluid rated for MERCON V can cause internal damage in
MERCON only applications.
Fill the transmission with the specified type and quantity of transmission fluid.
8. Check for leaks.

Removal and Installation
1. Raise and support the vehicle.
2. Remove the bolts and the skid plate (4x4 only).
3. Remove bolts and the air deflector.
4. Use a tube cutter to cut the fluid cooler tube(s) at the fluid cooler tube bracket.
