F 350 4WD Super Duty V8-6.0L DSL Turbo VIN P (2004)
NOTE: Lubricate the O-ring seals with mineral oil.
Connect the two auxiliary evaporator inlet lines.
8. CAUTION: Overtightening of the nut will cause the stud to break away from the floor pan.
Tighten the five bracket nuts.
9. Install the right-hand rear wheel.
10. Install the right-hand fender splash shield.
11. Lubricate the refrigerant system with the correct amount of clean PAG oil.
12. Evacuate, leak test and charge the A/C system. Refer to: Heating and Air Conditioning, Service and Repair, Evacuating and Charging, See:
