2. Measure and cut the ENGINE (EGR) hose 127 mm (5 in) from the degas bottle end of the hose. See Figure 2.
3. Measure and cut an additional 20 mm (13/16 in) off the ENGINE (EGR) hose (EGR side of the hose that was previously cut). See Figure 3.

Install the Venturi Tee clamp on to the ENGINE (EGR) hose that is still attached to the degas bottle and insert the Venturi Tee labeled DGAS"
(white strip) into the hose. Secure and position the clamp so that the clamp tabs are facing upward and away from the radiator hose. See Figure 1.

Install the Venturi Tee clamp on to the ENGINE (EGR) hose (EGR side) and insert the Venturi Tee labeled "ENG" into the hose and secure the
clamp so that the tabs are facing upward and away from the radiator hose. See Figure 1.
6. NOTICE: The orientation of the cut end of the tie strap is critical to avoid possible personal injury while checking the power steering reservoir.
Using the supplied tie strap, attach the radiator-to-degas bottle vent hose to the hole located in the edge of the power steering reservoir. Tighten, trim
and rotate tie strap so that the locking block of the tie strap is rotated under the radiator-to-degas bottle vent hose. See Figure 1.
7. NOTE: When releasing the popp clamp, it will be necessary to apply slight pressure to the popp clamp tabs and quickly twist the tool.
