26. Install the parking brake cable into the frame bracket.
27. Connect the parking brake cable at the cable-to-cable union.
28. With the help of an assistant, install the hood and bolts. Connect the hood lift rods.

Tighten to 13 Nm (115 lb-in).
29. Connect the underhood light electrical connector and pin-type retainers.
30. Connect the windshield washer hose.
31. Fill the engine with the correct motor oil for the climate.
