LABOR ALLOWANCES
PARTS REQUIREMENTS / ORDERING INFORMATION
The Stopper Bracket kits will be seed stocked according to the volume of vehicles assigned to each dealer and the number of kits available. Dealerships
will receive their first shipments between 4/26/2008 and 5/01/2008. Approximately every 3-4 days, dealers will receive additional shipments of the
Stopper Bracket kits. Dealers will be notified, via a DOES II communication and a parts update to this bulletin, when open ordering is available.
The DOR/COR number for this compliance recall is 50396. This number identifies parts ordered for this recall through the Special Service Support
Center. If there is a critical need for an additional Stopper Bracket parts kit, contact the Special Service Support Center. These requests will be on an
exception bases only. Kit inventory for exceptions are extremely limited. Please have VIN and customer information when calling.
Questions regarding parts should be directed to the Special Service Support Center or E-mailed.

EXCESS STOCK RETURN
Excess stock returned for credit must have been purchased from Ford Customer Service Division in accordance with Policy Procedure Bulletin 4000.

OVERVIEW
This program involves the installation of a fuel tank stopper bracket that will attach to the LH frame rail in front of the fuel tank assembly.
SERVICE PROCEDURE
1.
With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. For additional information, refer to section 10002 of the appropriate WSM.
