OVERVIEW
This program involves the installation of a fuel tank stopper bracket that will attach to the LH frame rail in front of the fuel tank assembly.
SERVICE PROCEDURE
1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. For additional information, refer to section 100-02 of the appropriate WSM.
2. Release the wiring harness from the LH frame rail wiring harness retainer. Using 2 plastic tie straps, position and secure the wiring harness to the
middle fuel line. See Figure 1.
3. NOTICE: The top of the frame rail and the lower inside of the frame rail surface MUST be clean and free of any dirt or debris for correct
measurement and installation of the fuel tank stopper bracket.
Remove any dirt or debris from the top and lower inside of the frame rail surface. See Figure 2.
