4. Position the fuel tank stopper bracket up onto the frame rail in front of the fuel tank assembly. See Figure 3.
5. NOTICE: The measurement of 19 mm (0.75 in) MUST be accurate for fuel tank assembly protection.
NOTICE:
The measurement must NOT be taken from the fuel tank heat shield or the fuel tank seam.
Using a measuring device, position the fuel tank stopper bracket so that the fuel tank stopper bracket (fuel tank side) is 19 mm (0.75 in) from the fuel
tank assembly. See Figure 4.
