THROTTLE BODY
Removal and Installation
1. Remove the air cleaner outlet pipe.
2. Loosen the clamp and disconnect the charge air cooler (CAC) tube.

To install, tighten to 12 Nm (106 lb-in).
3. Disconnect the throttle body (TB) electrical connector.
4. NOTE: Use a tool such as a Snap-On(R) FTXL30E, or equivalent, to access the bolts.
Remove the stud bolt, the bolts and the TB.

Remove and discard the press-in-place gasket.

To install, tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb-in).
5. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Install a new press-in-place gasket.
