Stage 2: Tighten to 7 Nm (62 lb-in).
4. Tighten the turbocharger actuator bolts.

Tighten to 19 Nm (168 lb-in).
Actuators equipped with a slip-fit spline
5. Attach the turbocharger actuator rod and install the nut.

Tighten to 8 Nm (71 lb-in).
Actuators equipped with a press-fit spline
6. Using a C-clamp and a socket, install the turbocharger actuator rod.
7. Install the turbocharger actuator rod E-clip.
