Seats with manual track
3. Remove the bolt and separate the safety belt buckle from the seat track.

For passenger seat, remove the safety belt buckle.

To install, tighten to 35 Nm (26 lb-ft).
Seats with power track
4. Remove the nut and separate the safety belt buckle from the seat track.

For passenger seat, remove the safety belt buckle.

To install, tighten to 35 Nm (26 lb-ft).
Driver seat
5. NOTE:
-
Removing the pin-type retainer from the safety belt buckle switch electrical connector can ease removal.

Power track shown, manual track similar.
Pull the safety belt buckle switch wire harness and electrical connector through the opening in the side of the seat.

Remove the safety belt buckle.

6. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Make sure the safety belt buckles are accessible to the occupant after installation.

7. Check the active restraint system for correct operation.
