4. Fold the rear bench seat backrest forward.
Crew Cab vehicle with 60/40 seat
5. Using an appropriate tool, slide the release tab forward in the slot while pulling the safety belt tongue out of the safety belt buckle.

After installation, when inserting the safety belt tongue into the safety belt buckle, make sure the safety belt buckle and safety belt retractor
webbing are not incorrectly twisted.
6. Fold the 60 percent portion of the rear 60/40 seat backrest forward.

7. Remove the center safety belt retractor cover bezel.
8. Pull to release the clips and remove the center safety belt retractor cover.

Feed the center safety belt retractor belt and tongue through the center safety belt retractor cover.
