ISSUE
Fuel quality and moisture in certain diesel fuels may cause some vehicles to exhibit a no start, gradual loss of power, or a rough idle condition due to fuel
gelling during extreme cold weather operation.
ACTION
Add Top Water Fuel Heater Service Kit (1C3Z-9J294-AA) to increase return fuel temperature which in turn increases bulk fuel temperature in the tank.
Instructions and parts for the repair procedure are included in the kit.
