High Pressure Safety Valve HVAC: Service and Repair
A/C High Pressure Safety Valve
REMOVAL
1. Recover the refrigerant.
2. Remove the pressure relief valve.
INSTALLATION
1. Follow the removal procedure in reverse order.

Lubricate the O-ring seal with Motorcraft YN-12c refrigerant oil F2AZ-19577-AB or equivalent meeting Ford specification WSH-M1C231-B.
