Special Tool
Removal
1. Remove the four screws.
2. Remove the gear shift lever assembly.

Remove the bolts.
^
Remove the shift lever assembly.
3. Remove the shift lever housing.
4. Remove the guide pieces.
5. Slide the shift lever boot and retainer past the top of the shift lever.
6. Remove the snap ring and the shift lever boot.
