5. CAUTION: The large clutch assembly nut has a right-hand thread and must be rotated counterclockwise to remove it.
Using the special tool, remove the fan and fan clutch from the coolant pump pulley.

To install, tighten to 133 Nm (98 ft. lbs.).
All engines
6. Carefully position the fan and the fan clutch into the shroud.
7. Remove the 2 cooling fan shroud bolts, the shroud, fan and clutch.
^
To install, tighten to 6 Nm (53 inch lbs.).
8. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
