3. Release the clamp and disconnect the heater inlet hose from the engine.
4. Release the clamp and disconnect the heater hose from the engine.
5. Disconnect the heater inlet and outlet hose couplings from the heater core. Refer to heater hose coupling disconnect procedure.
INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Lubricate the coolant hoses with MERPOL (R) meeting Ford specification ESE-M99B144-B or plain water only, if needed.
