8. Remove the rear B-pillar assist handles.

Remove the 4 covers (2 on each handle).

Remove the 4 screws (2 on each handle).

Remove the 2 B-pillar assist handles.
9. If equipped, remove the rear and front passenger assist handles.

Remove the covers and screws.

Remove the rear assist handles.
10. Remove the left and right rear coat hooks.
11. Remove the 2 courtesy lamps.

Remove the courtesy lamp lens, then remove the screws.
