F 450 2WD Super Duty V8-6.0L DSL Turbo VIN P (2006)
1. CAUTION: To prevent engine damage, you must always install 4 new bolts when installing the vibration damper.
NOTE: Do not use anti-seize compounds, grease or any lubricants. Lubricants have an adverse effect on the torque results.
Position the crankshaft pulley and install 4 new bolts in 2 stages, in the sequence shown.

Stage 1: Tighten to 68 Nm (50 ft. lbs.).

Stage 2: Tighten an additional 90 degrees.
2. Rotate the tensioner clockwise and install the accessory drive belt.
Vehicles with dual generator
3. install the dual generator pulley and the 3 bolts.

Tighten to 47 Nm (35 ft. lbs.).
4. Rotate the tensioner clockwise and install the dual generator accessory drive belt.
All vehicles
5. Install the cooling fan stator. For additional information, refer to Cooling System.
6. Connect the battery LH and RH ground cable(s). For additional information, refer to Battery.
