Drive Belt Tensioner: Service and Repair
Accessory Drive Belt Tensioner 6.0L Diesel
Removal and Installation
1. Remove the cooling fan stator - 6.0L diesel engine. For additional information, refer to Cooling System.
2. Rotate the accessory drive belt tensioner clockwise and remove the accessory drive belt.
3. Remove the 2 bolts and the accessory drive belt tensioner.

To install, tighten to 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.).
4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
