Removal and Installation
CAUTION: While repairing the power steering system, care should be taken to prevent the entry of contaminants or premature failure of the power
steering components can result.
NOTE: New Teflon(R) seals must be installed any time the power steering line fittings are disconnected.
1. Using a suitable suction device, drain the power steering fluid reservoir.
2. NOTE: Thoroughly clean all foreign material from the threads.
Disconnect the pressure line-to-booster fitting.

Discard the Teflon(R) seal.
