4. Using the special tool, remove the pulley.

Inspect the pulley for paint marks in the web area near the hub. If there are 2 paint marks, discard the pulley. If there is no paint or 1 paint
mark, use a paint pencil to mark the web area of the pulley near the hub.
Installation
All vehicles
1. CAUTION: Replacement of the power steering pump pulley is necessary after being removed and installed 2 times.
Using the special tool, install the power steering pump pulley.
2. NOTE: Vehicle with air conditioning shown, vehicle without air conditioning similar.
Rotate the accessory drive belt tensioner and install the accessory drive belt on the power steering pump pulley.

For vehicles with air conditioning, rotate the tensioner clockwise.

For vehicles without air conditioning, rotate the tensioner counterclockwise.
Vehicles with 6.0L engine
3. Install the engine cooling fan.
