6. Install the tie rod end onto the wheel knuckle.

Position the tie rod end into the wheel knuckle.

Install and tighten the castellated nut.

Install the cotter pin.
7. Using the Knuckle Seal Installer and Driver, install the new main seal onto the axle shaft.

Position the main seal onto the axle shaft.

Using the Knuckle Seal Installer, Driver and a hammer, seat the main seal onto the axle shaft.
8. Position the axle shaft into the axle housing.
9. Using the Knuckle Seal Installer and Driver, install the main seal into the wheel knuckle.
10. Install the wheel hub and bearing.
11. Install the front brake rotor and the brake caliper.
12. Install the wheel and tire assembly.
