CLAIMS PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION

Enter claims using Direct Warranty Entry (DWE).

Related damage must be claimed on a repair line that is separate from the repair line on which the FSA is claimed.
^
"MT" labor should be submitted on a separate repair line with the related damage flag checked.
^

Deductible charges do not apply to this program.
^
Turbocharger, fuel injector and EGR valve repairs made:
^
Before 5 years and 100,000 miles must be claimed to the original 6.0L Diesel Engine Warranty.
^
After 5 years or 100,000 miles and before 6 years and 120,000 miles must be claimed to Customer Satisfaction Program 09M01 (See
Attachment IV).
^
Before 6 years of service and between 120,000 miles and 150,000 miles may be claimed to the appropriate program listed within this bulletin,
if the vehicle qualifies, indicated by OASIS.
^
A/C compressor repairs made:
^
Before 3 years and 36,000 miles must be claimed to the original Bumper to Bumper Warranty.
^
After 3 years or 36,000 miles and before 6 years and 150,000 miles may be claimed to program number 59M23, if the vehicle qualifies,
indicated by OASIS.
^
Eligible repairs must be submitted on an FSA type claim using the appropriate program codes below. If more than one eligible component covered
by the program codes listed below is being claimed during the same visit, the components and their respective labor must be submitted on separate
repair lines.
^
09M02 - Turbocharger Warranty Extension.
^
59M21 - Fuel Injector Warranty Extension.
^
59M22 - EGR Valve Warranty Extension.
^
59M23 - A/C Compressor Warranty Extension.

LABOR ALLOWANCES
Use standard warranty labor operations, policies and repair procedures (including TSBs) for repairs within the time and mileage limits of this program.

OVERVIEW
As part of a class action settlement, certain vehicles may have been granted warranty extensions for the turbocharger, fuel injectors, EGR valve and/or
A/C compressor, each dependant on the vehicles repair history. OASIS has been loaded and will be updated ongoing based on Ford warranty history.
Vehicles Granted the Extension
^ Vehicles that have had 2 or more repairs to a specific component within 5 years or 100,000 miles of service.
^ The warranty extension only applies to the component that has 2 or more qualifying previous repairs.
