This article supersedes TSB 10-6-7 to add a production fix date and update the Part List.

ISSUE
Some 2011 F-Super Duty 350 vehicles equipped with dual rear wheel (DRW) pickup box and chassis cab and F-Super Duty 450 vehicles equipped with
DRW pickup box equipped with Dana M80 limited slip rear axle built on or before 07/31/2010, may exhibit a chatter noise from the rear axle during
slow speed turns and heavily loaded conditions.

ACTION
Follow the Service Procedure steps to correct the condition.

SERVICE PROCEDURE

Replace the limited slip differential case with a Ford limited slip differential service kit. Refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 205-02A Rear
Drive Axle/Differential Dana 80.
