ISSUE
Some 2008 F-Super Duty vehicles equipped with Electronic Automatic Temperature Control (EATC), may exhibit a lack of heat while snowplowing or
using a winter grill cover. Symptoms may include higher than normal outside air temperature display readings. The abnormal outside temperature
readings could lead to improper automatic temperature control function with inadequate heat provided to the cabin and/or undesired mode changes.
ACTION
Follow the Service Procedure steps to correct the condition.
SERVICE PROCEDURE
Relocate the outside air temperature sensor by following the instructions provided in the Service Kit.
