Fuel Injector Return Tube

Removal

NOTE:  It is recommended that this component be serviced with the vehicle body removed. If the body cannot be removed, refer to Fuel Injector Return
Tube - Body On.

1. Remove the turbocharger. Carry out the Turbocharger - Body Off procedure.  See: Turbocharger/Service and Repair/Removal and

Replacement/Turbocharger - Body Off

2. Remove the A/C compressor drive belt.
3. Remove the EGR vertical cooler.
4. Remove the pushnuts and the glow plug module heat shield.

Discard the pushnuts.
