F 550 2WD Super Duty V10-6.8L (2009)
1. NOTICE: Tighten the bottom caliper bolt before tightening the top caliper bolt or damage to guide pins may occur.
NOTICE: Make sure the caliper pin boots are correctly seated to prevent damage to guide pins.
Position the brake caliper and install the 2 brake caliper bolts.

On F-250, F-350, tighten to 76 Nm (56 lb-ft).

On F-450, F-550, tighten to 63 Nm (46 lb-ft).
2. Using 2 new copper washers, position the brake flexible hose and install the brake caliper flow bolt.

Tighten to 48 Nm (35 lb-ft).
3. Bleed the brake caliper.
4. Install the wheel and tire.
5. Test the brake system for normal operation.

Removal and Installation
1. Remove the brake pads. For additional information, refer to Brake Pads See: Disc Brake System/Brake Pad/Service and Repair/Front Disc Brake.
2. Remove and discard the 2 brake caliper anchor plate bolts.
