12. NOTE: The transmission insulator studs may come out of the insulator while removing the nuts. Install the studs if the studs come out of the

insulator.

Remove the rear transmission insulator nuts.

13. If equipped, remove the bolts and the skidplate.

14. NOTE: Some vehicles are equipped with a catalytic converter delete pipe instead of a catalytic converter.

Remove and discard the 2 exhaust Y-pipe flange bolts and nuts.

All vehicles

15. NOTE: LH shown, RH similar.

Remove the 7 engine support insulator-to-crossmember nuts.

Discard the 7 nuts.

16. Using the Engine Support Bar, Support Hook and Engine Support Bracket, raise the engine assembly.
