F 550 2WD Super Duty V10-6.8L (2009)
5. Remove the wheel speed sensor harness-to-wheel knuckle bolt.

To install, tighten to 15 Nm (133 lb-in).
6. Remove the 8 wheel extension nuts and the wheel extension.

To install, tighten to 176 Nm (130 lb-ft).
7. NOTICE: Do not allow the brake caliper to hang from the brake hose or damage to the hose can occur.
Remove the 2 caliper anchor plate bolts and position the caliper assembly aside.

Support the caliper using mechanic's wire.

To install, tighten to 400 Nm (295 lb-ft).
8. Remove the brake disc.
9. Remove the 4 nuts and the wheel bearing and wheel hub.

Discard the nuts.

To install, tighten the new nuts to 180 Nm (133 lb-ft).
10. Remove the brake disc shield.
11. Remove the wheel speed sensor bolt and the sensor.

To install, tighten to 25 Nm (18 lb-ft).
12. Remove and discard the O-ring.
13. Position the wheel bearing and wheel hub in a vise with protective caps and remove the 4 studs using 2 mounting nuts.
14. NOTICE: Make sure that the wheel hub and brake disc mounting surfaces are clean and free of foreign material or excessive runout
and/or vibration may occur.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
