Washer Pump
Removal and Installation

NOTICE: When servicing the windshield washer pump be careful not to damage the windshield washer pump seal.
NOTICE: Do not operate the windshield washer pump before filling the windshield washer reservoir. Failure to do so could result in premature
pump failure.
Aerodynamic headlamps
1. Remove the 4 bolts and the headlamp assembly.

Disconnect the electrical connectors.
Sealed beam headlamps
2. Remove the 4 fasteners and the side lamp/front turn signal lamp housing.
All vehicles
3. Position aside the shield as necessary to gain access to the washer pump.
4. Disconnect the windshield washer reservoir hose and electrical connector.
5. Remove the windshield washer pump.
6. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
