9. Disconnect the latch rod.
10. Remove the six nuts.
11. Remove the liftgate exterior molding.
12. Remove the 16 nuts.
13. With the aid of an assistant, remove the liftgate glass from the liftgate.
INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Seal the liftgate glass assembly with 4-mm (0.16-in) bead of foam core butyl or equivalent meeting Ford specification WSB-M4GB45-A.
