Removal
1. CAUTION: Suspension fasteners are critical parts because they affect performance of vital components and systems and their failure can result in
major service expense. They must be replaced with the same part number or an equivalent part if replacement is necessary. Do not use a
replacement part of lesser quality or substitute design. Torque values must be used as specified during re-assembly to ensure proper retention of
these parts.
Raise and support the vehicle.
2. Remove the stabilizer bar links.
1. Remove the upper stabilizer bar link nuts, washers, bolts and bracket.
2. Remove the lower stabilizer bar link nuts, washers, bolts and bracket.
3. Remove the stabilizer bar link.
4. Repeat on the other side.
3. Remove the front stabilizer bar.
1. Remove the retaining nuts and bolts. Repeat on the other side.
2. Remove the retaining clamp. Repeat on the other side.
3. Remove the stabilizer bar.
