Vehicles with automatic transmission
2. Install a suitable flywheel holding tool.
All vehicles
3. Install the special tool.
4. Using the special tool, install the crankshaft vibration damper.

Apply RTV Silicone Sealant F5TZ-19G204-AB or equivalent meeting Ford specification NAVSTR D15-5012 Type II to the crankshaft
keyway prior to installing the crankshaft vibration damper.
5. Install the washer and bolt.
Vehicles with automatic transmission
6. Install the torque converter access cover and bolts.
7. Lower the vehicle.
All vehicles
8. Restore the vehicle to operating condition.
1. Install the drive belt.
2. Install the radiator.
3. Check the drive belt for correct adjustment.
4. Connect the battery ground cable(s).
5. Remove the memory saver.
6. Start the vehicle and check for leaks. Repair as necessary.
