21. Tighten the new crankshaft pulley bolt in 4 stages.

Stage 1: Tighten to 90 Nm (66 lb-ft).

Stage 2: Loosen 360 degrees.

Stage 3: Tighten to 50 Nm (37 lb-ft).

Stage 4: Tighten an additional 90 degrees.
22. Rotate the tensioner clockwise and install the accessory drive belt.

24. Install the LH valve cover. For additional information, refer to Valve Cover - LH See: Cylinder Head Assembly/Valve Cover/Service and
Repair/Valve Cover - LH.
25. Install the engine cooling fan.
26. Install the engine cooling fan shroud.
27. Fill the crankcase with clean engine oil.
