Radio Removing Tool

SPECIAL SERVICE TOOL(S)

REMOVAL 

NOTE:  The following removal and installation procedure applies to all audio units.

1. Disconnect the battery ground cable. For additional information, refer to Battery.

2. Remove the audio unit from the instrument panel.

Use the special tool to release the audio unit retaining clips.

Apply outward pressure on the special tool while pulling the audio unit away from the instrument panel.

Remove the audio unit.

Disconnect the audio unit wiring.

INSTALLATION

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
