2. Remove the tube clamp.
3. Disconnect the condenser to evaporator line from the A/C evaporator core.For additional information on the spring lock couplings disconnect and
connect procedure, refer to Heating and Air Conditioning.
4. Remove the sight shield.
5. Disconnect the condenser-to-evaporator line from the A/C condenser core and remove the line.
INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Lubricate the O-ring seals with PAG Refrigerant Compressor Oil (R-134a Systems) F7AZ-19589-DA (Motorcraft YN-12-C) or equivalent
meeting Ford specification WSH-M1C231-B.
